How to check UOU application status and profile details?

UOU students can check their application status and profile information on the Online Application Status page. This portal is for both new applicants and already enrolled students.

You will need your Reference Number, Date of Birth, and a valid Email ID to search for your details.

1. Open the UOU Application Status page.
2. Select either ‘For New Student Only’ or ‘For Already Enrolled Student’.
3. Enter your Reference No..
4. Enter your Date of Birth in DD-MMM-YYYY format.
5. Enter your E-Mail ID.
6. Click the ‘Search’ button to view your application status and profile information.

How to open a UOU support ticket?

UOU students can open a new support ticket to raise queries or grievances related to various university services. This system allows you to track the status of your ticket.

You will need to provide your contact information and select a help topic to submit a ticket.

1. Go to the UOU Support Ticket System.
2. Fill in your Email Address, Full Name, Enrollment No., Phone Number, and City/Town/Village.
3. Select a ‘Help Topic’ from the dropdown list, such as Admissions, Examinations, Book Distribution, or General.
4. Enter the CAPTCHA text shown on the image.
5. Click the ‘Create Ticket’ button to submit your request.
