Enrolment Number for Support Tickets

Your Enrolment Number is required when you need to open a new support ticket with Uttarakhand Open University. This helps the support team identify your records and address your queries efficiently.

  1. Go to the UOU Support Ticket System.
  2. Click on ‘Open a New Ticket’.
  3. Fill in your ‘Email Address’, ‘Full Name’, ‘Enrollment No.’, ‘Phone Number’, and ‘City/Town/Village’.
  4. Select a ‘Help Topic’ from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the ‘CAPTCHA Text’ shown in the image.
  6. Click ‘Create Ticket’.

ABC ID: Creation and Update

Students can update their Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID or create a new one through the UOU online portal. This facility is available on the application status page.

  1. Go to the Online Application Status page.
  2. Locate the section for ‘Update Your ABC Id’.
