General Eligibility and Examination Rules

All term-end examinations for Uttarakhand Open University are conducted strictly within the state of Uttarakhand.

  • Selected Examination Centre Name and Centre Code
  • Personal details: Full name, Father’s/Husband’s name, Mother’s name, Correspondence address, Permanent address, Pin code, and Mobile/Telephone number
  • Course details: Course codes, course titles, and medium for Foundation, Core, and Elective subjects
  • Signed candidate declaration confirming compliance with university regulations

Process for Online Back Assignment Form

To apply for back assignments online, complete the application on the designated portal:

  1. Open the UOU Back Assignment Form page.
  2. Enter your Enrollment Number and Date of Birth (DD-MMM-YYYY format selected from the calendar), then click ‘Search’.
  3. Verify your basic information, including Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
  4. Select your Programme and Year/Semester to display the auto-calculated fee.
  5. Select a payment option (Paytm Payment Gateway powered by Canara Bank, Credit & Debit cards, or Net banking) and complete the payment.
